Message	at the same time and I have always done them together. The system is only as good as the smallest restriction. To run a stock throttle body you would need a reducer coupler. This would have the same effect as installing a restrictor plate on a race car to limit the power. IMO it all needs to work together and testing a part of the system is a waste of time as this is a system upgrade.
